Dear Reader,
The wearing of a face mask to protect against a respiratory virus is an act of grand deceit. It is a behavior that defies research on the topic. Wearing a face mask, as this article (one of many) points to — is unsafe to do and is ineffective.
Until the narrative around mandatory masking has changed, each day by 6am Eastern, I will both post here and send out a science-based reason why no one should wear a face mask.
I ask that you help me circulate these pieces to those around you who you believe could most benefit from them. It is important not to remain silent on this topic. These are important discussions to be having with friends, family members, business owners, healthcare practitioners, public servants, and others in the community.

There is a constant worry about how face masks are needed to protect others from the possible spread of a virus. That is a debunked theory.
A more pressing worry should be, “How does wearing a face mask lead to the wearer harming others?”
In high pressure medical settings, caretaker error is fairly common and vigilance by patient and family is needed to help caretakers do the best work possible for the patient.
Unfortunately, the mass masking of caretakers measurably impacts caretaker cognition and wellbeing, which correspondingly makes the wearing of face masks harmful to their patients.
In a study of 343 healthcare professionals on the Covid-19 frontlines in New York City, 314 respondents reported adverse events from prolonged mask use. According to the authors of that study:”1
“Impaired cognition was reported in 81 respondents. … Some respondents experienced resolved side effects once masks were removed, while others required physical or medical intervention.”
Some may feel virtuous when in a face mask, but given the fact that we know masks do not work, do we really want our children treated by people wearing a device that creates “impaired cognition” in nearly a quarter of respondents?
I desire to have clear thinking medical personnel treating my family, and you should too.
A flaw of this study is that it relies on frontline workers to self-report their cognitive impairment. This does not capture those who suffer impaired cognition and do not report it. Nor does it capture those who suffer impaired cognition but do not notice it.
Regardless of the backlash that may be felt, parents need to stand up to this madness of mask wearing by all hospital personnel. Parents should not want their children treated by anyone but the most capable.
In the name of virtue signally, and compliance, we are disadvantaging our children by saddling the medical community with a burden that causes cognitive impairment in nearly a quarter of frontline workers and likely far more.
A study from Singapore2 identifies impaired work performance among healthcare workers with a history of headaches who wore Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as face masks for more than four hours per day, affecting the work performance of 9 out of 10 with headaches and 42 out of a 158 participants (27%).
“Since Covid-19 outbreak, 42/46 (91.3%) of respondents with pre-existing headache diagnosis either ‘agreed’ or ‘strongly agreed’ that the increased PPE usage had affected the control of their background headaches, which affected their level of work performance.”
Surgery too becomes more dangerous with the use of face masks and other PPE. Instead of simply having the difficulty of the operating equipment to deal with and the challenge of the human body, the virtue signaling of face masks gives surgeons another challenge.
“The PPE-associated discomfort and side effects during surgery may increase surgeons' anxiety and fatigue while performing difficult operations.”
Like every aspect mentioned in this chapter, this may be a consequence of mask wearing that a surgeon is aware of or is not aware of. That does not change the level of impact on ability, and it is not affected by any number of physicians paraded through the media to claim that any technology at any moment is “safe and effective,” face masks included, and that those cautioning safety on this strange new trend of virtue signaling are “over-reacting.”
Your child deserves the best medical care. DO NOT LET SOMEONE IN A MASK TREAT YOUR CHILD. DOING SO IS NEGLIGENT.

The bestselling book "Face Masks In One Lesson" by Allan Stevo describes how to never wear a face mask again. The follow-up to the book, "Face Masks Hurt Kids," describes why to never wear a face mask again. We must defeat the awful, narrative around the mandates.
Examples of how face masks hurt kids will be posted to the Lockdown Land Substack each morning by 6am Eastern until the narrative around this ineffective and harmful medical intervention has shifted. Face masks are, in fact, not just harmful to children. Face masks are harmful to everyone. Thank you so much for helping me circulate this research.
