Dear Reader,
The wearing of a face mask to protect against a respiratory virus is an act of grand deceit. It is a behavior that defies research on the topic. Wearing a face mask, as this article (one of many) points to — is unsafe to do and is ineffective.
Until the narrative around mandatory masking has changed, each day by 6am Eastern, I will both post here and send out a science-based reason why no one should wear a face mask.
I ask that you help me circulate these pieces to those around you who you believe could most benefit from them. It is important not to remain silent on this topic. These are important discussions to be having with friends, family members, business owners, healthcare practitioners, public servants, and others in the community.

The Japanese government advises people not to wear masks outdoors specifically because of the risk of the body overheating in a face mask and being unable to regulate as well. Have you ever heard anyone in the United States government or media make such a claim? If not, you may want to ask yourself why they have not, and what that says about them. You may also want to ask that of them, but most importantly you should take this chapter to heart and seek to protect you and your loved ones from face masks, face mask mandates, and other awful advice given by authority figures that the public is assured can be trusted.
In the article “Japan gov't asks people to take off masks outdoors to avoid heatstroke, keep 2m apart,” dated May 27, 2020, Mayumi Nobuta writes:1
“TOKYO — The Japanese environment and health ministries on May 26 released a guide calling on people to keep their masks off outside to avoid heatstroke in hot, humid weather, while keeping at least 2 meters from others to lessen the chance of infection with the novel coronavirus.
“According to the Ministry of Environment, the danger of heatstroke increases when wearing a mask as the heart and respiratory rates rise and that puts stress on the body. The guide also recommends people control indoor humidity with ventilation fans or opening windows, and to hydrate frequently.”
Face masks make it easy to get heatstroke. Face masks also make it harder for a wearer to recognize the feeling of being thirsty. In the May 19, 2020 article “Wearing masks in summer can lead to heatstroke; Japan doctors urge self-hydration,” Shinji Kurokawa writes:2
“A group of doctors aiming to reduce the number of heatstroke patients is currently spreading awareness about the hidden stages of dehydration leading to severe symptoms, before the arrival of summer. The group points out the danger of wearing a mask in summer, such as ‘Heat is more likely to amass inside the body,’ and ‘As the inside of the mask becomes damper and more humid, you are less likely to feel signs of thirst.’ The doctors warn that people may become dehydrated without being aware of it, leading to higher risks of heatstroke.
“The doctor group also calls for people to drink more water than usual as a preventative measure. They advise against taking drinks containing caffeine to stay hydrated, as caffeine is a diuretic, increasing urinary output. In addition, the group stresses the importance of regularly doing light indoor exercises or other forms of exercise during this relatively cool season, in order to practice sweating and developing a body that can lower its temperature by perspiring.
“Masuji Hattori, a pediatrician at Hyogo College of Medicine and head of the group, commented, ‘Heatstroke patients being sent to hospitals in ambulances risk placing an increased burden on the medical field already strained over the novel coronavirus. Heatstroke is an illness that can be totally avoided if proper precautions are taken. We would like for each individual to make serious efforts to take such measures.’”
If wearing a face mask helps heat to amass inside the body and causes people not to be able to feel thirst, one sensible and simple measure that can be taken to prevent a heatstroke is to not wear a face mask.

The bestselling book "Face Masks In One Lesson" by Allan Stevo describes how to never wear a face mask again. The follow-up to the book, "Face Masks Hurt Kids," describes why to never wear a face mask again. We must defeat the awful, narrative around the mandates.
Examples of how face masks hurt kids will be posted to the Lockdown Land Substack each morning by 6am Eastern until the narrative around this ineffective and harmful medical intervention has shifted. Face masks are, in fact, not just harmful to children. Face masks are harmful to everyone. Thank you so much for helping me circulate this research.
