Face Mask Wearing Creates Symptoms Akin To “Sick Building Syndrome”
Reason #179 that Face Masks Hurt Kids
Dear Reader,
The wearing of a face mask to protect against a respiratory virus is an act of grand deceit. It is a behavior that defies research on the topic. Wearing a face mask, as this article (one of many) points to — is unsafe to do and is ineffective.
Until the narrative around mandatory masking has changed, each day by 6am Eastern, I will both post here and send out a science-based reason why no one should wear a face mask.
I ask that you help me circulate these pieces to those around you who you believe could most benefit from them. It is important not to remain silent on this topic. These are important discussions to be having with friends, family members, business owners, healthcare practitioners, public servants, and others in the community.

We have long known oxygen and carbon dioxide levels of the surrounding environment are important for the wellbeing of a human in that environment.
Kai Kisielinski, in an April 20, 2021 article entitled “Is a Mask That Covers the Mouth and Nose Free from Undesirable Side Effects in Everyday Use and Free of Potential Hazards?” writes:1
“The fact that prolonged exposure to latently elevated CO2 levels and unfavorable breathing air compositions has disease-promoting effects was recognized early on.”
Kisielinski specifically points to a term that many readers will likely recognize — Sick Building Syndrome, and draws parallels between Sick Building Syndrome and mask use:
“As early as 1983, the WHO described ‘Sick Building Syndrome’ (SBS) as a condition in which people living indoors experienced acute disease-relevant effects that increased with time of their stay, without specific causes or diseases.2,3 The syndrome affects people who spend most of their time indoors, often with subliminally elevated CO2 levels, and are prone to symptoms such as increased heart rate, rise in blood pressure, headaches, fatigue and difficulty concentrating.”3,4
From headache and fatigue, to more subtle internal changes, face mask wearing and Sick Building Syndrome appear to create similar changes in the body. Kisielinski continues:
“Some of the complaints described in the mask studies we found are surprisingly similar to those of Sick Building Syndrome.2 Temperature, carbon dioxide content of the air, headaches, dizziness, drowsiness and itching also play a role in Sick Building Syndrome. On the one hand, masks could themselves be responsible for effects such as those described for Sick Building Syndrome when used for a longer period of time.”
Kisielinski takes this a step further and even theorizes that face masks and prolonged indoor conditions may together lead to even more harmful consequences:
“On the other hand, they could additionally intensify these effects when worn in air-conditioned buildings, especially when masks are mandatory indoors. Nevertheless, there was a tendency towards higher systolic blood pressure values in mask wearers in some studies,5,6,7 but statistical significance was only found in two studies.8,9 However, we found more relevant and significant evidence of heart rate increase, headache, fatigue and concentration problems associated with mask wearers indicating the clinical relevance of wearing masks.”
The media once spent a great deal of effort sensationalizing Sick Building Syndrome. Today, with the public health threat that face mask mandates pose, the media is woefully silent.
So many media organs have proven untrustworthy through this era. This is up to you, as an individual, and you as a parent or authority figure, to see to it that you do not mask yourself and you never mask the children in your care.

The bestselling book "Face Masks In One Lesson" by Allan Stevo describes how to never wear a face mask again. The follow-up to the book, "Face Masks Hurt Kids," describes why to never wear a face mask again. We must defeat the awful, narrative around the mandates.
Examples of how face masks hurt kids will be posted to the Lockdown Land Substack each morning by 6am Eastern until the narrative around this ineffective and harmful medical intervention has shifted. Face masks are, in fact, not just harmful to children. Face masks are harmful to everyone. Thank you so much for helping me circulate this research.
