How to project accountability
This is what I’m hearing from people: “How do I do more of the things that work? . . . Because nothing feels like its working.”
I interact with thousands of activists some weeks in meetings, phone calls, and emails. I encourage the same topics — say no to the masks, stick close to your values, and demand accountability in the world around you.
I’ve heard a lot of frustration from folks who don’t know how to push the accountability issue — and they really, really want to, and not out of selfishness, either. Not out of anger. Not out of vindictiveness.
But because they are good people who care about their country and their community and they really, really see how much evil has been committed in 2020 and beyond by their public servants.
So I make time for some and it gets the ball moving on that accountability topic so well in the world around them. But there isn’t enough of me to go around.
So much of the process is tried and true steps — rinse and repeat techniques. They work so well, I just don’t have enough of me to reach enough people as I drive up and down the coast and as I meet with small groups.
And then it got me thinking.
Wouldn’t it be great to create a community of activists that was focussed on holding public officials accountable for the crimes of 2020 and beyond? The forced jabs, the masking of kids, the closed businesses, the closed churches.
Don’t those policies deserve for us to pause and reflect?
I’m not talking about pie-in-the-sky ideas like the Nuremberg codes. Or some civil rights violation that no one has ever even been put on trial for. I’m talking state law. Criminal law.
I’ve talked to enough prosecutors now and enough law enforcement to see that crimes have been committed. State criminal law was broken.
And now the legwork needs to be done to prove that. There is an impediment to that, though — All of society is trying to move along and to put Covid behind us, to let bygones be bygones. If accountability is going to happen, we need the exact opposite — We need a resolute minority to stay put for a while and to focus on accountability.
I am not just talking about accountability for the Faucis of the world, either.
Plenty of people would like to point the finger at Fauci, Gates, or others.
Sure, they deserve to be blamed, but to stop there would be boring.
In the United States, with more than 3,300 counties, there are often more than a dozen public health officials in each county who played a role in the most vile behavior during 2020, 2021, and 2022.
And they will be there ready to play that same awful role the next time they are turned to in a moment of crisis and given even a watt of power.
Unless…
They aren’t.
The way that can be changed, the way they can not be present to be the tyrant again, is if they are held accountable in the interim.
That’s now.
And I am not saying Fauci should not be held accountable. He should. He must be. He must be the international example, just as he was so willing to make himself the international example for the corona communism we have endured these two years and are continuing to endure.
But far more impactful are all the people who are suddenly hiding from the media right now in your local county — suddenly with nothing to say, who are hoping to be forgotten about — elected officials, unelected officials, and their minions.
All of them are trying to change the topic.
In each county, there are one or two activists who can choose to let those criminals go back to living anonymous lives OR those same one or two activists can make a very different decision — they can see to it that there is finally accountability.
One or two resolute activists is all it takes.
And if you are reading this, that person would be you. Chances are, the other activist in your county who could make that happen is not reading this.
So it comes down to you.
And it comes down to a common, age-old technique.
1.) Collect evidence
2.) Present evidence
I am not talking about writing letters or speaking at board meetings or sending affidavits that get the district attorney so confused that he does not even know how to respond. Those things may have merit, but I am talking about walking in a prosecutor’s shoes for a moment and speaking his language.
I am talking about identifying crimes committed and taking the steps needed to force their hand.
I am talking about accepting the fact that the system has not been irredeemably lost at the local level, and doing that which is in your power to drag it back from the abyss.
I am talking about commanding authority over that and over any sinister person who would fool themselves into thinking that they can take over your community while you are on the watch.
If you will provide the local horsepower (you), if you will make the time (5 hours a week), and if you will plop down money to show me that you are as committed to this vision as I am, then I will provide the technology and the training, will lay out the strategy, and will walk alongside of you throughout.
It won’t be cheap, but it will be good. And unlike all kinds of other approaches, you will end up more in command of your local government than you have ever been. So seldom do they need to pay you any attention. You realize that, and they do too. I’m going to give you the simple, time-tested, effective ways to get their attention — just as I have helped so many others do the same.
You won’t need a lawyer. You won’t need an army. You won’t need a lobbyist.
You are just going to be yourself and will be strategic about it.
If you can do that, I can help you force accountability in your county. If you can do that, I can help you make sure 2020 never repeats.
I can’t promise you that people in your county will see the inside of a jail cell for the crimes they committed in 2020 and beyond. That would mean that I am guaranteeing there is an honest man in elected office in your county. Nonetheless, we will work on the presumption that there is. But I can promise this: you will become a force to be reckoned with in your county in a way you have never known, you will get down to the bottom of so many dirty tricks, you will do it using tried-and-true, reliable methods.
You don’t have to get too exotic to find the things that work. There are meat and potatoes ways that government has long operated by and that they don’t want you to know about.
I respect the common law folks, but this is not that. I respect the affidavit folks, but this is not that. I respect those who lobby, but this is not that. I respect the militia and the secessionists, but this is not that. I respect the Second Amendment folks, but this is not that. I love the Constitution, but I’m not likely to mention much about it during this process. Because of people refusing to do basic work like this that I am describing, we really have turned the Constitution into a piece of paper. If we do our work right, we can make that piece of paper back into the meaningful document it once was.
This is what we are going to do. It is this simple:
We are going to research who in government did what over the last two years, and collect concrete evidence. We are going to recognize what laws were broken. And then we are going to soberly push for accountability.
It isn’t rocket science. You could stumble through it on your own, but based on how I have spent my past six months and the past twenty years, I know you will be far more effective with others by your side, me among them.
As you move through this process
— You will be left with a sense of authority over your local government unlike anything you have ever known.
— You will be left with insider knowledge and confidence.
— You will establish personal relationships in the local media and perhaps also national media, that will be able to reliable turn to you as a source.
— You will become a force to be reckoned with.
— This is not flash-in-the-pan work. This is 5 or 6 months at a clip, of 5 hours a week, and it is week-after-week. Before you know it, this effort is going to start to snowball.
— You will be forever expert and comfortable in this area of the law.
— You will have developed experience reading basic laws, applying them, and arguing them, which is often more real life practice than a graduating law student has.
— You will draft a few templates to make this simple and will learn to wield that with impressive and predictable results.
— You will learn to read between the lines and to take note of what someone is trying to hide from you.
And that is just the beginning.
A lot of it you might know already. You will, through this, become someone they will never want to see or hear from. That is the level of influence you will come to wield, even as a simple private citizen.
And I will walk alongside of you the whole way, sharing with you every useful trick I have seen, and building that community across the country of like-minded people doing the exact same thing in their counties.
And I can promise you this much: this journey we go on together will change your life.
It will literally have to be over your dead body that we return to 2020 again. That is how impactful you will come to be in your county — at least that is true if you take this model to its natural conclusion.
I don’t know if this idea is of interest to you, but if it is, I want to invite you to come and join me as a founding member. And as a founding member you are going to have direct access to me and my experience on this topic, especially at the beginning, because it is likely to be a small group of us, and I want your input, I want your feedback, in fact you are going to help shape what this vision becomes through that interaction and through your feedback.
More than that, I want to extend an absolutely fantastic deal to you. If you join me as a founding member, you are going to get my founding member pricing, and when we launch this idea to the general public, we are immediately raising this price, but your price will forever stay locked in at this low founding member price. It won’t be cheap. But it’ll be good. And it will be a lot less cheap one-and-a-half-months from now when this membership opens up to the public. I will even offer you a flat, one time price, which will no longer be available to anyone under any circumstances after this Tuesday.
Today is May 7. June 17 we will launch this plan. Project Accountability is its working name.
