The Allan Stevo fan club
Sometimes you find gems in public records requests.
Here is a fun one written about me.
All I had to do to find it, was to submit a public records request for emails sent by public officials that contain the term “Stevo.”
Below is a letter written by one person I have triggered, and written to a second person I have triggered. They both sound eager to join the Allan Stevo fan club.
“What is my crime?” you may ask.
Being too effective.
I have transcribed that email here verbatim.

Hi Amy, I almost choked when I read it. That guy’s a good writer but totally immoral. Seems he’s trying to drum up more sales for his books, which apparently are based on outdated and improperly “researched” material. If you check many of his “many pages of sources” you’ll find they all end up in one “primary” source..Qanon or similar unrecognized groups. He also has a bunch of lies he initiates and then expounds upon them to develop a whole horrible scenario. He’s stuck in his own self-created world.
1.) I’ve been through many classrooms, talked to teachers and NONE are teaching anything that even resembles CRT.
2.) When he and his disciples came to a board meeting a few months ago, it was Theresa (our executive secretary) who brought masks to them and explained that they had to wear them. After they refused, I got up and “backed up” her, and then most of the rest of the Board did too. I asked the SRO for help, and Chris A asked them to mask up or leave. The SRO whispered that the police had been called and if they didn’t leave they’d be arrested for trespass (??). They left. I just finished reading over 60 letters to the Board from high school students. Half wanted masks being optionas, a few wanted to get rid of the masks, but around 42% wanted to wait for two more weeks because the State would be announcing a mask update that would probably mean unmasking the schools anyway. I think Stevo’s trying to position himself as the “Mask Savior”.
3.) The piece mentions the Grand Jury report of 2020, but not the following praises concerning the great improvements that the District has made, nor does he mention the positive 3 year financial report the County financial folk have given us. He’s a propagandist for the Far Right political groups and selling his books.
Sorry. I’m really upset with this slimy guy.

Believe it or not, that’s a real email from a real public records request from a real elected official. I had the joy of reading it for the first time this past week. And now I have the joy of sharing it with you.
Four days after this elected official wrote this letter, his district’s mask mandate was one of the first in California to crumble. It was a great day for freedom.
A few thousand students celebrated that day.
And this misinformed chappie, a former teachers’ union president, cast one of the two minority votes to keep the kids masked against their will — imagine that, a teachers’ union chum putting the well-being of children last.
It has long been my contention that you are not a real activist until your opponents involuntarily scrunch their sphincters when you enter the room.
I think I’ve achieved that with this guy.
In the letter above, the board member appears to be talking pejoratively about my 500-page tome Face Masks Hurt Kids. I threw myself into researching that book for 8 months before releasing it into the world as a weapon to help free children from the harm of reckless masking policies.
It has been so very useful as a tool for doing exactly that. It works on family and strangers alike, doctors and dentists, teachers and principals. Based on the science and evidence, no one should feel like it makes sense to wear a face mask ever again.
In my new troll’s analysis of the book, he seems to have a hard time distinguishing between “QAnon” and my actual references, such as the CDC (in Chapter 1), the WHO (in Chapter 2), The New England Journal of Medicine (in Chapter 3), the FDA (in Chapter 4), The Annals of the Royal College of Surgeons of England (in Chapter 6), and dozens of others, which have all published research challenging the effectiveness of face masks.
To commemorate this elected official’s passionate lack of discernment, today is a great day to launch my supporter page.
Visit that page to become a monthly supporter of my work and to help me inspire more involuntary sphincter scrunching.
