It looks increasingly likely that Hunter Biden will not see the inside of a jail cell after his involvement as bagman in his father’s influence peddling empire, by which the Vice President of the United States and ostensibly the President of the United States were involved in schemes to enrich themselves by selling access to their office.
Del in the City points out
“Hunter Biden, son of Joe Biden, is set to plead guilty to three federal charges. Shockingly, despite his guilty plea, it seems highly probable that Hunter Biden will escape imprisonment. In stark contrast, Wesley Snipes was incarcerated for 2.5 years due to tax evasion. This glaring inconsistency highlights the existence of a two-tiered justice system in our country. It appears that who you know and the influential position of your father as President determines the leniency of your punishment.”
Biden and Snipes are examples of an unfair system of justice.
On June 20, 2023, Tucker Carlson, in his fifth broadcast since being released from the confines of Fox News observed that
"In many developing nations, being the president's son (Hunter Biden) offers greater security compared to being his political opponent.”
Truthfully, it is not about protecting Hunter Biden. The most serious of Hunter Biden’s crimes point directly to Joe Biden. Nor is it about protecting that puppet. Barack Obama, at the head of the most effective security apparatus in the world from 2009 to 2016 was fully aware of the influence peddling in which his Vice President was engaged. Hunter Biden’s crimes point to Barack Obama. The list of people involved does not stop there either.
What would it mean if the President of the United States, Barack Obama, knew what Hunter Biden and Joe Biden were doing and did nothing to stop it? The laws around knowledge of a crime being committed are considerable and well established.
Though the Hunter Biden and Wesley Snipes matters show a disparity, a greater evil yet was committed against Irwin Schiff, who died from what was essentially a life sentence, being convicted at the age of 77.
As his archived website states “Irwin was not punished for crimes he committed. He was punished for government crimes he discovered and exposed.”
Such evil against him, though, was not committed because Schiff was so dangerous. It was committed because Schiff’s ideas getting into your hands were so dangerous.
The First American Revolution taught a powerful lesson to the world. Americans are not allowed to get out of hand. Uprisings in most other countries are permissible, but never America.
Schiff’s major crime was this — being more adept at reading history than the IRS. He observed that the 16th Amendment to the US Constitution was not ratified. This means that the IRS is an illegal taxing body and it makes the income tax null and void. Like any good patriotic lover of liberty, he would not shut up about that history that he uncovered.
And it is the duty of every liberty lover to do the very same — to never shut up about truth, to never be silent in the face of evil, to never stop telling the stories of heroism in our midst.
Schiff died on October 16, 2015 in federal prison. The obituary “Death of a Patriot,” written by his son Peter Schiff states about Irwin’s birth and his death:
“My father Irwin A. Schiff was born Feb. 23rd 1928, the 8th child and only son of Jewish immigrants, who had crossed the Atlantic twenty years earlier in search of freedom. As a result of their hope and courage my father was fortunate to have been born into the freest nation in the history of the world. But when he passed away on Oct. 16th, 2015 at the age of 87, a political prisoner of that same nation, legally blind and shackled to a hospital bed in a guarded room in intensive care, the free nation he was born into had itself died years earlier.”
If Irwin Schiff died in jail for less, then the treasonous members of the uniparty must die in jail for doing so much more — President Biden and President Obama, among them. The uniparty set the precedent. Not me.
I am simply calling for the equal application of justice.

Allan,
Irwin's fate as you well know is but another casualty in the fight for liberty. I am reminded of the Jan 6 show trials and the prisoners still languishing in prison today, some in solitary, some still not charged, and those released most likely on an FBI watchlist till death. I also think that there are still many with an appetite to change our course despite the personal loss that could bring. The struggle of heroic souls like Schiff that have defined activism despite personal repercussions is reminiscent I feel of Camus's Sisyphus. He continues to roll the boulder up the hill only to have it roll to the bottom again and again, but he keeps going. Change in society we have seen comes unhurriedly and we must remind ourselves of that often.
Did anyone actually believe Hunter would do time? That any of them will?
