They want you confused, but you don’t have to be
How does the Federal Reserve Bank work?
If you pay attention to the main stream media, the answer is “Don’t ask, it’s too confusing!”
So much effort has gone into confusing you about economics.
That is how they want you.
Trust the experts.
How does government work?

How does science work?
If you pay attention to the main stream media, the answer is “Don’t ask, it’s too confusing!”
So much effort has gone into confusing you about science.
That is how they want you.
Trust the experts.
Trust the experts on health, trust the experts on nutrition, trust the experts on global warming, trust the experts on Covid, trust the experts on anything that impacts you. You are not capable of deciding for yourself, we are assured. We are assured this by the same people who have spent their entire lives making a career out of diminishing individual autonomy in your life.
Instead of that, cut through the infantilizing nonsense of that “trust the experts” attitude. Get down to the few bare truths you need to know in order to be authoritative.
They exist in every field.
And once you identify those few basic truths, you have everything you need to realize that all the rest is common sense.
The resources that can help you turn confusion into common sense are worth their weight in gold.
I wrote Face Masks Hurt Kids to be that.
You will never be left in a state of confusion again on the topic. You will never need to simply “trust the experts.” I am not saying you will be an expert on that topic after skimming one book, but you will understand enough to authoritatively communicate the principles so that your hard-earned common sense and the wisdom of your life experience can take it from there.
It is a reference book you will want to keep a long time.
Which means it is a tough read from beginning to end -- but an easy skim, and that easy skim is all you need.
