Hi Allan,
Thank you for the report. I had previously switched from Duck Duck Go to Presearch. Do you know anythiing about it. I think I like both search engines that you recommend. Just have to decide which would be best for me.

Thank you so much for having a look at my report (https://realstevo.com/search). My team and I put a lot of work into that. We’ve gotten lots of great feedback from it and it seems that lots of folks are surprised at our results.
Many have recommended Presearch to me. We have it on the list for the next round of search engine tests. That will take us a while to get around to.
If you want to get to the bottom of this matter on your own, I would try running a similar test with a few links to see what the results are like from the search engines you are using.
I’m curious what others reading this think.
1.) What are your favorite search engines?
2.) What are the search engines you’d like us to include in the next round of testing?
For the benefit of those reading this who do not know, my team and I have done a rigorous test on 13 popular search engines and have come up with a list of 11 that are awful and provide heavily censored results (with Duck Duck go being the worst) and a list of 2 that do not censor so badly and which my team and I are enjoying using.
You can get that report here.
A friend wrote to me that Yandex was acquired by Facebook in 2012. Is that true? If yes, that doesn't sound very good to me.
