Today you will hear the name Alexei Navalny. They say he died in Russia, in a prison above the Arctic Circle.
Yes, today you will hear the name Alexei Navalny.
Today you will hear the name Alexei Navalny from the same people who lock up January 6 political prisoners (almost all of whom were peaceful that day).
Today you will hear the name Alexei Navalny from the same people who have imprisoned, for months and years, entirely peaceful abortion clinic protestors.
Today you will hear the name Alexei Navalny from the same people who pursue Donald Trump in court. Donald Trump, an active candidate for primary elections that are currently going on, brought into court rather than being allowed to campaign.
Today you will hear the name Alexei Navalny from the same people who stay silent on the death of US citizen and journalist Gonzalo Lira in a Ukrainian prison last month.
Yes, today you will hear the name Alexei Navalny from some very specific people. Take note of who they are, for they are telling you a great deal about their allegiances. These are not details about themselves that they will ever describe using words, but are details that must be intuited.

Take note of who says the name Alexei Navalny today, the name of a lead figure in the political opposition of Russia.
These are often not people who like political opposition. They are stooges of the American deep state. Whether knowingly or unknowingly — they serve that purpose. The unknowing have been described by dictators and thinkers for more than a century as “useful idiots” (a term mass murderer Vladimir Lenin used) or “useful innocents” (a kinder term used by economist Ludwig von Mises). The Bolsheviks of Russia used this term to describe their allies who rooted for the regime without realizing it would lead to their own demise.
Trotsky (born Lev Davidovich Bronshtein 1879-1940) ended up being a useful idiot, assassinated by the same regime he helped empower. Russia was destroyed by such useful idiots cooperating with absolute evil. Though perhaps, it is far too generous for me to call Trotsky and his followers — who were notable murderers — anything but absolute evil as well.
Some of the intellectual descendants of Trotsky, a leftist, came to the United States. Through the work of Leo Strauss (1899-1973) of the University of Chicago and others, these followers of Trotsky established themselves in the Republican Party. Yes, leftists established themselves in the Republican Party. If you wanted to hide in the Republican Party as a leftist, what would you call yourself? You would call yourself the heart of the party. You would call yourself a conservative, of course, or perhaps would describe yourself as a “neo-conservative,” a “new” kind of conservative. RINO they are called by some “Republican In Name Only,” or AINO, “American In Name Only.” Their names may be familiar to you, though some like to hide behind the scenes. They remain very influential in American affairs and hope very much that you never again get to vote in an election that matters, because if that is ever allowed again, the American people are going to come one step closer to realizing that their greatest enemies are within your own gates and in very prominent roles.
Who is Alexei Navalny? I am sorry that the lead political opposition of Russia has died. In the context of what is happening in my country, the USA, it is quite a minor event. Useful idiots and evil people alike will announce it as a moment to mourn, while distracting attention away from anything related to the exact same tyranny (and worse) in the United States.
If you read between the lines, each of their tweets will say “Don’t pay attention to the tyranny you can impact. Pay attention to something that happened above the Arctic Circle.”
Yes. Pay attention to things you can have no impact upon. Isn’t that what the regime is always trying to do to capable and principled people — enfeeble them?
Yes. That is one of the most effective ways. They will distract you. They will have you focussed on what does not matter. The more passionate they can get you about things you cannot impact, the better of a job they are doing to make sure that you will lose your country as you know it, your community as you know it, and your family as you know it.
Who is Alexei Navalny?
I like political opposition. I like it all over the world. The opposition is often imperfect. I don’t begrudge them that. I have no belief that people are perfect and I allow a great deal of imperfection in those who I work with and ally with. It’s okay to be imperfect.
At the same time, the very same ugly deep state that plagues my own homeland got its practice plaguing the homeland of others. For decades revolutions created by the CIA —eventually named “color revolutions” — were perpetrated by my government on other countries. For decades, we Americans allowed color revolutions all over the world and pretended not to notice, shrugged our shoulders, refused to reign in our own government. We continued to pay the bills and pretended everything was fine.
It was just a matter of time before those same government entities and their trainees turned on us.
The color revolution of 2020 took place in the United States. 2020 was a coup against the American people. 2020 was a coup against our proclaimed form of government. 2020 was a color revolution. Everything, from January 20, 2020, to January 20, 2021, everything that took place in the United States can be read as a color revolution. 2020
But all this is context to answer this question of “Who is Alexei Navalny?” (Алексей Навальный) - tap here by the way if you want to learn to read the Russia alphabet. It’s a lot simpler than you think.
Who is Alexei Navalny?
I’m going to let a drunk sitting on a bar stool in the middle of nowhere answer that question. Tongue in cheek, and edited for foul language, this will be more full of truth that anything in the media today, and will be helpful in weighing the various statements that will be made today about Navalny’s death:
“Navalny was a busines man who worked for a French clothing company Naf Naf who reportedly embezzled tens of thousands of dollars from them, the French company filed charges against him inside Russia where they had an office and he was prosecuted for embezzlement. So in his defense he claimed he was innocent and that his charges were made up because he was a staunch political opponent to Putin. So the CIA picked him up as an asset to sew discord within the youth of Russian society by organizing anti corruption protest and riots. The Russian government gave him a slap on his wrist for the embezzlment charges and gave him probation where he was ordered to house arrest instead of jail. So he refused to obey the house arrest order and began organizing protests, and he would get arrested, and they would let him go, and he would do it again. Eventually he overdosed on lithium while on an airplane and claimed he was poisned with Novichok poison which by the way is lethal in minute doses so it's obviously [blank]. So he demanded to be flown to Germany for hospital treatment after the Russian hospital said there was no traces of the toxin in his system. They let him fly to Germany where he should have stayed but then the dumb [blank] decided to go back to Russia to start some more [blank] and protest because that's his job as a CIA stooge. He went back to Russia to start some more [blank] and was arrested again for violation of probation and put in jail finally. Many are going to say that Putin killed him but just look at all the times they let him go, all the leniency they gave him and the fact that he could have just stayed his [blankety blank] in Germany. If anyone killed him it was his handlers in the CIA. I think he just had the clot shot and died of [myocarditis].”
Take that with all the faith that you think should be placed in a drunk on a barstool in the middle of nowhere. For all his flaws, he has more accuracy in reporting than almost anyone in the US mainstream media will have today on this topic.
His comment says two important things to me: 1.) Navalny got in trouble and kept getting in trouble, mostly over stupid things, and wanted to be an opposition leader in Russia. I commend him for that. 2.) Navalny was a CIA asset.
That I cannot commend anyone for, especially at this juncture in history.
That second thing, being a CIA asset, what does that really mean? It means you may meet with someone from the CIA who tells you that you are working for the CIA, but that’s not likely.
This is far more likely — international money from sources as non-CIA-seeming as Philip Morris, or Alcoa, or Open Society Foundation (a George Soros funded “pro-democracy” operation), are used to encourage local affairs and to nudge things in the CIA’s preferred direction, without anyone from the CIA ever even speaking directly to a person like Navalny. None of it is pro-democracy at all. All of it is focussed on destabilizing other countries, for the purpose of meddling in their domestic affairs. There is a powerful funding network of exactly this that is so well established and normal in so many countries around the world that many young people around the globe have been turned into unknowing CIA assets. I have no idea if Navalny was a CIA asset. He might not even have known. However, in this era, it would be almost impossible for him not to be.
That makes Navalny far harder to view as a good and pure person. However, keep in mind, I have tremendous leniency for dissidents and their many foibles. It is hard for me to dismiss all of your good, just because you do some bad. You see, some people might use the CIA to achieve domestic aims that are good for their country. That’s possible in theory, but is really very unlikely. When you cooperate with the CIA, you are likely the one to be turned into a stooge and your country will be far worse off because of it.
A patriot is one who loves his country. In the 1760s in the American colonies, for several decades, the term “patriot” came to stop referring to a lover of his country and came to refer to one who is a lover of liberty. In period when liberty and country diverge, this is natural. The same divergence is taking place in the United States today in the use of the word patriot.
And what is the opposite of a patriot?
The opposite of a patriot is: a CIA stooge. That is as true in Russia as it is in America. There are plenty of things I do not like about the present Russian regime, but that does not make it acceptable to be a CIA stooge. You are working against your country when you do such a thing and welcome such an entity in, making yourself their figurehead.
That is the role Volodymyr Zelenskyy plays in the Ukraine — CIA stooge, enriching himself, destroying his country and his countrymen. I love the Ukraine. I love Russia. They are beautiful places with very special people. The culture is amazing. The land is so precious. The language is so fitting. I can hardly think of a greater tragedy, a more awful irony, in the history of the region than this: a bunch of Bolsheviks and the descendants of Bolsheviks working in the United States State Department coordinate a bloody, destructive war between Russia and Ukraine. Brothers and neighbors egged on, by some lowlife Bolsheviks with no skin in the game half way across the world in some windowless room in Washington DC or its outskirts. This sick game can’t happen though, without a local stooge. That is Volodymyr Zelenskyy.
And that is who Alexei Navalny was willing to be for Russia.
Do I like political opposition? Sure. But that’s not what these people are. These people are the stooges of the American deep state seeking to destroy the political opposition that the American deep state doesn’t approve of. They claim to support opposition while they are actually promoting global uniformity. They claim to support freedom while they are promoting a different shade of tyranny, often far worse than what preceded. Destabilization, too, can be a tyranny all its own, and the CIA specializes in causing trouble where there is none.
For example, downtown Kiev was an extremely peaceful and prosperous Russian speaking place in 2008. The same was true about almost every downtown in the United States — peaceful and prosperous, except it was English speaking. Only 15 years of subtle Bolshevik influence later, these places are war zones. America in decades has been devastated and the same is being done to other countries — Ukraine being the latest. I wish I could say that my government was not to blame for such death and destruction, but that would be a lie.
We fund it. We give them a flag. We give them an army. And we let them go around the world messing things up. Is that okay for anyone to do? Are we not complicit? Can we really expect that they wouldn’t eventually do the same to us?
The enemy is not always as it seems.
Our enemies are the same. The US government is a pariah at home and abroad. The enemy of the American is the US government. The enemy of the Ukrainian is in the US government. The enemy of the Russian is the US government.
I want the American government to stop ruining America and to stop spending money abroad.
But why should I be surprised that happens? Why should I be surprised that the US government ruins America and spends money abroad doing the same?
Who is Alexei Navalny?
I am sorry the guy died. I don’t want anyone to die. I also wish that I lived in a country where our leaders had any credibility in the world, where they could credibly say, “How dare you persecute a political prisoner.” But they don’t. They only project power by force and checkbook. They have no moral high ground.
Russia is today as much of a Christian country as the United States — which is to say that neither are all that Christian, but they both have a deeply rooted minority of the population that are firm in their faith. Prior to Bolshevik takeovers in Russia and the United States over the previous century, both counties were resolutely Christian countries. Now they are both mushy cultures going through various stages of meltdown. Both countries may see better days. They are, however, both seeing hard times right now.
American citizen and journalist Gonzalo Lira died last month in a Ukrainian prison. Does that not deserve higher priority mention? Or maybe the political persecution of Donald Trump? Or peaceful protestors selectively prosecuted? Does that not deserve higher priority?
Pay attention this day to who prioritizes what. It will tell you much.
Navalny’s wife Yulia addressed the Munich Security Conference on February 16. The Munich Security Conference is a deep state planning session and get together. Mrs. Navalny said about the reported death of her husband, "If it's true, I want Putin, his entourage, Putin's friends and his government to know they will be held responsible for what they have done to our country, my family, and my husband. And that day will come very soon.”
Strong words. Scripted.
Global affairs commentator, Daniel McAdams, Executive Director of the Ron Paul Institute for Peace and Prosperity points out about this statement, “What an amazing coincidence that Navalny's wife happened to be attending the Munich Security Conference this weekend, giving her a world stage just at the right moment... Wow!”
The very same day that her 47 year old husband died, she just happened to be at the deep state jamboree, perfectly placed, ready to help beat the war drum about how vital the continued war in the Ukraine is, to magnify US pressure on Russia, to unite the countries of the world against Russia.
McAdams is likely being sarcastic in calling this a “coincidence.” McAdams likely sees through the utter scripted nonsense. McAdams would probably have an easier time speaking with the drunk on the bar stool about this topic, than he would with any mainstream media voice. He would likely find it hard to calm his stomach in the face of a slurry of grotesque and scripted lies that reliably comes from any media stooge. Sometimes when you live in clown world, the drunk guy on the barstool is the wisest one in town, able to speak his mind clearly, while the guy on TV in a suit is a clown.
Funny how that works.
Who is Alexei Navalny?
In the context of the time we live in, he was a Russian dissident that fit well into the West’s plan to bring another round of death and destruction upon the 146 million inhabitants of Russia.
The descendants of the Bolsheviks are set on destroying Russia AND the US as we know them, and have been set on that for the past century. The populations of both have nearly identical interests: peace and prosperity. The Bolsheviks must destroy both of those interests in order to succeed.
As much as the television tells you that Russia is an enemy, there are hardly two populations that are more aligned in experience and wants than the American Dinner Table and the Russian Dinner Table. The same could be said about the American Dinner Table and the Ukrainian Dinner Table. The American family and the Russian family have many closely aligned interests, wants, and needs. I’m no Putin apologist. I have aligned myself internationally and on Russian soil with Russian dissidents who stand against Putin. I am no Putin apologist, so you can imagine my shock and disgust in the year 2024, when of all people, Vladimir Putin has a better alignment with what the American Dinner Table wants than 4/5 of American politicians.
That is a very sad statement to be able to make about the United States of America. It is a very sad statement to make because it said we have allowed our government to runaway from any reasonable citizen control.
Who was Alexei Navalny?
Does it really matter? The Western media (which means American media heavily controlled by the government and disseminated through the West) will twist him into whoever they want him to be. Fall for the ruse and you are getting played.
There is an antidote though. There is an antidote to the Western. There is an antidote for those of you who realize you’ve been played. There is hope. All is not lost.
If you have been poisoned by the Western media, the antidote to Western media is to do this: go to one of the so called “stans” somewhere between Germany and China: Slovakistan, Magyarostan, Polakistan, and sit down in a bar for three or four hours and let a neighborhood drunk in broken English tell you who Alexei Navalny is. Before you know it, others will chime in, a consensus will form, but one guy will really stand out and will explain the world to you as he sees it from his barstool in flyover country. You will receive more wisdom in those three or four hours than you have received from a lifetime of watching the Western media.

And, we remember Julian Assange who is being effectively tortured to death in a high security British prison for the crime of publishing the truth regarding corrupt politicians.
Thanks, Allan.
Every word, truth.
