Dear Reader,
The wearing of a face mask to protect against a respiratory virus is an act of grand deceit. It is a behavior that defies research on the topic. Wearing a face mask, as this article (one of many) points to — is unsafe to do and is ineffective.
Until the narrative around mandatory masking has changed, each day by 6am Eastern, I will both post here and send out a science-based reason why no one should wear a face mask.
I ask that you help me circulate these pieces to those around you who you believe could most benefit from them. It is important not to remain silent on this topic. These are important discussions to be having with friends, family members, business owners, healthcare practitioners, public servants, and others in the community.

Face masks redirect breathe onto the eyes. This is breathe that the eyes are not made to handle. This chronic breathe blowing is harmful and leads to damage to the eyes, which the below authors refer to as “mask-associated ocular irritation.”
A paper in the journal, Ophthalmology and Therapy, “Face Mask-Associated Ocular Irritation and Dryness,” written by Majid Moshirfar, William B. West Jr., and Douglas P. Marx warned of an increase in dry eye symptoms among mask wearers. Those using masks regularly for extended periods are more likely to show symptoms. The condition is caused by exhaled air blowing upwards from the mask into the eyes. The increased airflow causes irritation or inflammation. The authors conclude:1
“This mask-associated ocular irritation raises concerns about eye health and increased risk of disease transmission in prolonged mask users.”
Their advice is that lubricant eye drops should be used and goggles should be worn. Dry eyes lead to individuals rubbing their eyes which will lead to an increase in the risk of infection. Doctors and opticians are also reporting an increase in the number of patients complaining of persistent headaches — because of mask wearing.
In the true spirit of a cascade of medical intervention, Moshirfar, West, and Marx recommend goggles and eye drops. A better idea is to just stop wearing the unsafe and ineffective face mask.
If you never say “No!” to the medical community, you will end up with medicines and procedures which cause side effects. Some less than scrupulous doctors will provide you with more medicines and procedures to address those side effects that they caused, which will lead to more side effects and more intervention.
Doctors, public health officials, and politicians all have something in common — they need to clearly be told “No!” or else they will walk all over you.
A very clear way to say “No!” to them all is to never wear the unsafe and ineffective face mask and to never put one on your child.

The bestselling book "Face Masks In One Lesson" by Allan Stevo describes how to never wear a face mask again. The follow-up to the book, "Face Masks Hurt Kids," describes why to never wear a face mask again. We must defeat the awful, narrative around the mandates.
Examples of how face masks hurt kids will be posted to the Lockdown Land Substack each morning by 6am Eastern until the narrative around this ineffective and harmful medical intervention has shifted. Face masks are, in fact, not just harmful to children. Face masks are harmful to everyone. Thank you so much for helping me circulate this research.
