Dear Reader,
The wearing of a face mask to protect against a respiratory virus is an act of grand deceit. It is a behavior that defies research on the topic. Wearing a face mask, as this article (one of many) points to — is unsafe to do and is ineffective.
Until the narrative around mandatory masking has changed, each day by 6am Eastern, I will both post here and send out a science-based reason why no one should wear a face mask.
I ask that you help me circulate these pieces to those around you who you believe could most benefit from them. It is important not to remain silent on this topic. These are important discussions to be having with friends, family members, business owners, healthcare practitioners, public servants, and others in the community.

Oxygen and carbon dioxide levels are drastically affected by mask wearing.
Kai Kisielinski, in an April 20, 2021 article entitled “Is a Mask That Covers the Mouth and Nose Free from Undesirable Side Effects in Everyday Use and Free of Potential Hazards?” writes:1
“In an interesting endurance study with eight middle-aged subjects (19–66), the gas content for O2 and CO2 under the masks was determined before and after exercise. Even at rest, the oxygen availability under the masks was 13% lower than without the masks and the carbon dioxide (CO2) concentration was 30 times higher. Under stress (Ruffier test), the oxygen concentration (% O2) below the mask dropped significantly by a further 3.7%, while the carbon dioxide concentration (% CO2) increased significantly by a further 20% (statistically significant with p < 0.001). Correspondingly, the oxygen saturation of the blood (SpO2) of the test persons also decreased significantly from 97.6 to 92.1% (p < 0.02).2
“The drop in the oxygen saturation value (SpO2) to 92%, clearly below the normal limit of 95%, is to be classified as clinically relevant and detrimental to health.”
This is another reason no one should be exercising in a face mask — doing so may be “clinically relevant and detrimental to health.”

The bestselling book "Face Masks In One Lesson" by Allan Stevo describes how to never wear a face mask again. The follow-up to the book, "Face Masks Hurt Kids," describes why to never wear a face mask again. We must defeat the awful, narrative around the mandates.
Examples of how face masks hurt kids will be posted to the Lockdown Land Substack each morning by 6am Eastern until the narrative around this ineffective and harmful medical intervention has shifted. Face masks are, in fact, not just harmful to children. Face masks are harmful to everyone. Thank you so much for helping me circulate this research.
I can clearly recall seeing numerous people on social media, doing whatever exercises (running, weight lifting, etc), saying "if I can do it, so can you". I never could figure out how they pieced that together in their pea brains.
Basically, "If I can do something [stupid], so can you." Hey well, you go ahead.
I still come across people at martial arts events who will occasionally put on a mask. And I'm talking about Chinese martial arts no less. On the martial side, power comes from the breath. On the medicine side, the lungs expel impure air. It's like Chinese martial arts 101 and these guys, even experienced guys, still doing that stupid shit.
