Dear Reader,
The wearing of a face mask to protect against a respiratory virus is an act of grand deceit. It is a behavior that defies research on the topic. Wearing a face mask, as this article (one of many) points to — is unsafe to do and is ineffective.
Until the narrative around mandatory masking has changed, each day by 6am Eastern, I will both post here and send out a science-based reason why no one should wear a face mask.
I ask that you help me circulate these pieces to those around you who you believe could most benefit from them. It is important not to remain silent on this topic. These are important discussions to be having with friends, family members, business owners, healthcare practitioners, public servants, and others in the community.

Face masks lead to altered renal function. In the Medical Hypotheses article, “Exercise with face mask; Are we handling a devil's sword?” Baskaran Chandrasekaran and Shifra Fernandes write:1
“Hypercapnic hypoxia reduces renal blood flow and glomerular filtration rate posing a risk of reduced renal functions. Thus, aciduria and resulting tubular damage may potentially aggravate the compromised renal functions in individuals with established chronic diseases.2 Further, the autonomic dysfunction and reduced immune responses, increase the inflammatory substances such as C reactive protein, interleukins (IL-6, IL-12) resulting in generalized nephritis in chronic kidney failure patients.3 Additionally, poor renal artery flow causes hypoxemia in nephrons perpetuating the pathophysiology of poor renal functions.”
Low oxygen and high carbon dioxide is harmful to many people. Face masks artificially create that environment.
Those with weak kidneys should not wear a face mask, because it can exacerbate existing kidney problems. Though millions of Americans suffer from kidney disease, I have yet to see that warning anywhere. It has certainly not been plastered across society the way the harmful one-size-fits-all face mask directives have been.
Quite to the contrary, even patients on dialysis are forced to wear a face mask. What more evidence do we need to see that the people forcing the face mask on society do not care about individual health?
They do not care about you. They do not care about your family. They do not care about the health of your children.
You must not wear the face mask nor allow anyone to place your child in one.

The bestselling book "Face Masks In One Lesson" by Allan Stevo describes how to never wear a face mask again. The follow-up to the book, "Face Masks Hurt Kids," describes why to never wear a face mask again. We must defeat the awful, narrative around the mandates.
Examples of how face masks hurt kids will be posted to the Lockdown Land Substack each morning by 6am Eastern until the narrative around this ineffective and harmful medical intervention has shifted. Face masks are, in fact, not just harmful to children. Face masks are harmful to everyone. Thank you so much for helping me circulate this research.
I keep seeing similarities between masking, sleep apnea, and CPAP being discussed in these articles and studies. I think that doctors are lying about CPAP, like they lie about everything else. There was an article on Mercola's site the other day about how CPAP was never meant to be a life-long treatment. Unfortunately, I didn't save the article and they disappear after 48 hours.
I have been using CPAP for years and I know there are sinus issues that are not discussed and, if brought up, are always downplayed. Use the humidifier is how they blow it off but that doesn't work the way they claim. That's just one thing.
There absolutely is some about of rebreathing of CO2 with CPAP though, because of the blower, it's significantly less than the retarded masking thing. But, I just bet, they are hiding the truth about CPAP.
Maybe it is worth the risk because sleep apnea is very bad, depending on the severity but seeing as doctors hide the truth and lie about everything we can never really know (from them) about the true risk vs reward benefit from CPAP.
Maybe it's something that should be used part time and not every night in some cases? They will never agree to this but I know that sleep apnea stays better for a period after treatment and gets worse again. My sleep apnea is now very slight unless I discontinue treatment for a few months.
But doctors always insist on every single night and have built-in compliance reporting or insurance won't cover treatment. I pay for it myself, so I don't care about that. But I really think there is an untold story about CPAP.
