Face Masks Induce Thermal Stress And Affect Heartrate, Even Among Healthy Adults And Likely Far More Among Children And The Infirm
Reason #141 that Face Masks Hurt Kids
Dear Reader,
The wearing of a face mask to protect against a respiratory virus is an act of grand deceit. It is a behavior that defies research on the topic. Wearing a face mask, as this article (one of many) points to — is unsafe to do and is ineffective.
Until the narrative around mandatory masking has changed, each day by 6am Eastern, I will both post here and send out a science-based reason why no one should wear a face mask.
I ask that you help me circulate these pieces to those around you who you believe could most benefit from them. It is important not to remain silent on this topic. These are important discussions to be having with friends, family members, business owners, healthcare practitioners, public servants, and others in the community.

The body has many intricate systems to provide stasis, so that everything can work appropriately. Stasis is a moderate condition which the body is able to properly function. When not in a sense of stasis, the human body, like any other biological system, can easily teeter out of control as a cascade of changes take place. Small initial changes can have large consequences.
The body has a sensitive mechanism to prevent overheating. We do not entirely understand that mechanism. We know that the nose and mouth play a role in it. We know that the humidity of the air in the nose and mouth play a role in it. We know that covering the nose and mouth with a face mask alters the ability for this system to properly function.
Sven Fikenzer writes in the July 2020 “Effects of surgical and FFP2/N95 face masks on cardiopulmonary exercise capacity,” published in the journal Clinical Research in Cardiology:1
“We discuss how N95 and surgical face masks induce significantly different temperature and humidity in the microclimates of the face masks, which have profound influences on heart rate and thermal stress and subjective perception of discomfort.”2
More recent studies of healthy adults indicate the same. Fikenzer continues:
“This first randomized cross-over study assessing the effects of surgical masks and FFP2/N95 masks on cardiopulmonary exercise capacity yields clear results. Both masks have a marked negative impact on exercise parameters such as maximum power output (Pmax) and the maximum oxygen uptake (VO2max/kg). FFP2/N95 masks show consistently more pronounced negative effects compared to surgical masks. Both masks significantly reduce pulmonary parameters at rest (FVC, FEV1, PEF) and at maximum load (VE, BF, TV). …3
“The data of this study are obtained in healthy young volunteers, the impairment is likely to be significantly greater, e.g., in patients with obstructive pulmonary diseases (ref). From our data, we conclude that wearing a medical face mask has a significant impact on pulmonary parameters both at rest and during maximal exercise in healthy adults.3
“These data suggest a myocardial [relating to the muscular tissue of the heart] compensation for the pulmonary limitation in the healthy volunteers. In patients with impaired myocardial function, this compensation may not be possible.”4
When wearing a face mask, the heart must work harder to compensate, this compensation may not be possible for those with heart problems. This is, of course, true whether or not the heart problem has been diagnosed. This further illustrates what a bad idea such one-size-fits-all public health approaches are.

The bestselling book "Face Masks In One Lesson" by Allan Stevo describes how to never wear a face mask again. The follow-up to the book, "Face Masks Hurt Kids," describes why to never wear a face mask again. We must defeat the awful, narrative around the mandates.
Examples of how face masks hurt kids will be posted to the Lockdown Land Substack each morning by 6am Eastern until the narrative around this ineffective and harmful medical intervention has shifted. Face masks are, in fact, not just harmful to children. Face masks are harmful to everyone. Thank you so much for helping me circulate this research.
I appreciate what you’re doing! Thank you! The faceskam is heavily commented on in my SS as fetishizing children. For example, the mask of all skams 1. I think that you’ll enjoy. But, also how this prophecy was fulfilled;) https://open.substack.com/pub/sinatana/p/breaking-bad?r=zickz&utm_campaign=post&utm_medium=web
